We just wanted a peaceful protest, where we could vent our anger at the kind of attitude the mgt showed towards our insecurity
Our ladies are raped.
Guys are stabbed and injured.
We are robbed of our valuables.
NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO STOP THESE
👆 The daily robbery of properties is just too much to bear, we can no longer sleep in our hostels @PoliceNG@channelstv
I just heard a lady was raped to death last night but nobody is talking about that.💔😢😥
This is coming less than 24 hours after the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) invited the Vice Chancellor of the university, Professor Olusola Oyewole alongside the University Bursar, Moses Ilesanmi over an alleged case of Abuse of Office and misappropriation of funds reported against the Management, the University Pro Chancellor and some members of the Governing Council.

According to the petition submitted to the EFCC by the Concerned Stakeholders of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, it was alleged that the Pro Chancellor and the Vice Chancellor engaged in an “unbridled corruption and betrayal of public trusts”.
